Mark C. Jensen, Chief Executive Officer/Director: Mark is currently a resident of St. Croix VI and is the CEO of Quest Energy Corporation and Founder of T Squared Capital LLC. Mark has significant experience in the energy, alternative energy and natural resources sector both domestically and internationally. He has been involved in numerous green field development projects, turnaround projects and the acquisition of existing businesses that resulted in the value enhancement of the overall operation. Mark has significant experience with major Wall Street firms such as Citigroup where he helped numerous companies raise growth equity and debt capital to further their expansion. Mark graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a BS in Finance and International Studies with a focus on Business. Mark also studied in Sydney Australia through Boston University completing his International Studies degree with a focus on East Asian culture and business.

Thomas M. Sauve, Chief Financial Officer/Director: Tom is currently the resident of
St. Croix VI and is the CFO of Quest LNG, Quest Energy Corporation and the Founder of T Squared Capital LLC. Prior to Quest he has also been an investor and partner in various natural resources assets over the last five years including coal mining operations and various oil and gas wells throughout Texas and the Appalachia region. Tom received his Bachelors degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester, New York, with additional studies at the Simon Graduate School of Business.

Stuart Lewis (Pinnacle Services International LLC), Executive Project Manager: Stuart, a
St. Croix native born resident, and the businesses established by him and his family have been involved in many major developments and project throughout the world, with a particular focus on St. Croix and the Caribbean. Pinnacle Services, LLC is one of several family owned businesses dating back to 1960 when Rigger and Erectors started providing construction, rigging and heavy equipment services to the petrochemical, food processing, power generation industries and to the federal government. The company evolved into Industrial Maintenance Corp. where it performed major maintenance, new construction, turnaround work, power plant maintenance and desalination water plant maintenance to the petrochemical industry. Pinnacle has extensive experience working in the energy and logistics industry, subcontracting extensively for Hovensa, the US Virgin Islands government, and other public and private enterprises throughout the Caribbean. Managing up to 2,500 at times, Pinnacle Services has ample talent and experience to effectively administer and assist Quest LNG in the implementation and management of its projects.

Federico A. Martinez, MBA (Founder - GasEner, SRL), LNG Terminal and Distribution Manager: Federico has built a track record of more than 30 years in the energy sector with a focus on the LNG and LPG industries. Gasener is a multi-faceted business that brings innovation to the energy market in the Caribbean involving LNG terminals, distribution and supply with a focus on smaller scale LNG operations and distribution. Gasener maintains an agency relationship with Chart Industries, which has been at the forefront of the cryogenic gas storage marketplace. GasEner has designed, built and managed storage terminals, logistics, and distribution of LNG throughout the Dominican Republic, the mainland United States and the Caribbean.

N. Van Wood, Operational Consultant: Van, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri in 1973, spent his entire career of 33 years working in the petroleum refinery industry. He was employed by Amerada Hess, Hess Virgin Islands Corp (HOVIC), HOVENSA and Pinnacle for 29 years of which 22 years working in the St. Croix refinery. Van’s multi-facetted career included the operation and management of petroleum facilities and the design and construction project management of new facilities.

Van managed the CO2 Recovery Gas plant in Seminole, Texas, Gas Plant and Gathering System in Tioga, North Dakota and Vice President and Refinery Manager of HOVIC. He was the owner’s project manager for the design and construction of the CO2 Recovery Gas plant and Project Director / Vice President for the design and construction of the 1993 Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Complex (including a 30 megawatt steam condensing turbine generator), 2002 Delayed Coker Complex, and a 2008 refinery expansion that includes a Low Sulfur Gasoline Desulfurizer and a 28 megawatt gas turbine generator equipped with a supplemental fired Heat Recovery Steam Generator.

Van also assisted in the Front End Engineering and Permitting of a one million barrel LNG Import Terminal in Fall River, Massachusetts. He was responsible for obtaining construction / operating permits from VI Coastal Zone Management, VI Department of Planning and Natural Resources, VI Port Authority, US EPA - Water and Air, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, US Army Corp of Engineers, US Federal Aviation Administration, Texas, Rhode Island and Massachusetts Air and Water Quality Control commissions and local commissions.

Since retiring from Amerada Hess in 2006, Van has continued to provide consulting services to the HOVENSA refinery. He resides on St. Croix and has been a resident of the Virgin Islands for 29 years. He has been on the board of the Landmark Society and Country Day School and is on the Executive Committee for the St. Croix 70.3 Ironman Triathlon. Van volunteers at the Landmark Society and the St. Croix Botanical Garden.

Dr. Gregory Q. Jensen Phd, Esq., Internal Counsel: Greg currently specializes in international legal transactions and currently serves as the General Counsel for Quest Energy Corporation, a significant holder of Quest LNG. Prior to entering private practice Greg spent six years in the United States Marine Corps where he handled, as well as supervised, all phases of the courts-martial trial practice to include: pre-trial investigations, courts-martial litigation and post-trial matters. Greg left active duty as a Captain and has since been selected to be promoted to Major while serving in the reserves. Greg’s extensive academic background includes both a PhD and JD from Indiana University Bloomington as well as continued L.L.M. studies in International and Comparative law on the Indiana University-Indianapolis campus.

Thomas E. Atkins, Operational and Technical Consultant: Tom has been actively involved in the power generation business for over 30 years. Since 2002 he has been the President of Pinpoint Power focused on developing, owning and managing independent power projects. Pinpoint specifically targets projects located in major load centers and other capacity constrained areas. Over the past decade, he has successfully deployed over 1,000 MW’s of new resources including:
• Berkshire Power – a 270 MW base load combined cycle facility capable of operating on either natural gas or liquid fuel located in Agawam, Massachusetts
• Milford Power – a 540 MW base load combined cycle facility capable of operating on either natural gas or liquid fuel located in Milford, Connecticut
• Waterside Power – a 70 MW combustion turbine peaking project located in Stamford, Connecticut
• Over 45 MW’s of demand response resources comprised of marquee customers such as General Electric, IBM, AT&T, Pitney Bowes and Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals

Prior to developing projects for his own account, Tom gained significant experience with large consulting firms, engineering companies and utilities including the Virgin Island Water and Power Authority. As Chief Engineer for VI WAPA, he was responsible for major capital improvements (both electric generation and water desalination) including serving as project manager for the first combined cycle power plants to be developed on the islands of St. Thomas and St. Croix. Mr. Atkins holds a BSME degree from Cornell University and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of New York and the United States Virgin Islands.

Jose Jimenez (Chief Operating Officer and Technical Director – GasEner, SRL) – LNG Terminal and Distribution: Jose R Jimenez is the Technical Director of GasEner, SRL, and holds a degree in Electrical Engineer with a Masters in Quantum Mechanics and Relativity from University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez. He has 16 years of experience in the power generation sector. His experience includes projects such as designing and building 13 LNG sites with receiving, storage, and re-gasification facilities, including that for a General Electric Combustion Turbine frame 6B, and installing a bi-fuel system to a 500kW and an 800kW power generator to work with 70/30% mix of natural gas/diesel.

William D. Beakley, Financial Consultant: Bill has extensive experience in corporate financing, tax advising, and consulting with several companies in the energy industry. Most recently Bill was extensively involved in a liquefied natural gas project that focused on production and distribution of the gas throughout the western United States. Bill was also integral in the installation and adoption of liquefied natural gas throughout the nation of Peru, including establishing the infrastructure and distribution capabilities to both the government and private industries. Bill is currently a tax professional at Wagner, Eubank and Nichols in Texas, a certified public accounting firm that specializes in assurance, tax, accounting and consulting services. Bill has a Bachelors of Science in Education from University of Oklahoma, Graduate Studies at Arizona State, was a participant in the Wharton/KPMG International Partner Program at the University of Pennsylvania, and studied under the Executive Program in Corporate Strategy at the University of Chicago.

Denise Tonge, Operations Analyst: Denise is Operations Analyst of Quest LNG, where she assists with the financial analysis, reporting and daily management of operations of the company. Denise, a native of St. Croix, has extensive experience in accounting and financial analysis.
